The Samsung Infuse 4G will be coming to AT&T on May 15. This thin “superphone” features a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, HSDPA Cat 14 and HSUPA Cat 6 radios, a 2GB microSD card, 1.2GHz processor, Android 2.2, an 8-megapixel back-facing camera, and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing cam.

This new Samsung smartphone will be available on AT&T for US$200 on a two-year contract.
